RESTED & RECONNECTED
~ An elemental renewal kit for women who tend everything but themselves ~
Hello & Welcome :)
If you’ve been holding a lot for a long time…
If you move through your days capable and strong, yet quietly depleted…
If your creativity feels distant, your body tired, or your spark dimmed — then it's time for Rest & Reconnection.
There are seasons when pushing harder no longer works: motherhood, perimenopause, creative thresholds, caring for others while quietly wondering who you are becoming.
In these times, what restores us is not more effort — but space.
Space to rest.
Space to reflect.
Space to renew from the inside out.
The elements offer a simple, ancient way of understanding this inner landscape. They are patterns already moving through your body, your moods, your creativity, and your seasons of life. Working with them gives shape to what can otherwise feel overwhelming — a rhythm that honors both depletion and devotion, endings and beginnings, fatigue and fire.
This space is here so that you do not have to navigate it alone.
A gentle offering designed to refill the well — nothing is required of you, and everything here has been placed with intention to nourish and support.
I hope you enjoy what you find here. It was made with love and care.
Warmly, Sacha

🜃 Earth / Winter / Grounding
Invitation:
~Notice your feet on the floor for 30 seconds, feel the ground beneath you ~
Earth is the element of steadiness, support, and quiet presence. It holds the weight of all you carry — responsibilities, expectations, exhaustion, and the unseen work of the heart. It asks only that you arrive in your body, breathe, and notice the ground beneath you, the foundation that is always holding.
This is the energy that allows you to settle into yourself, to pause without pressure, and to feel held in the midst of life’s demands. It is not about doing, fixing, or achieving; it is about returning to the steady rhythm of your own body and breath, trusting that you are already supported.
Earth invites you to acknowledge the weight you carry, to honor that you are doing what you can, and to create space for your own well-being. In this grounding, your nervous system softens, your energy steadies, and the foundation is quietly rebuilt — ready to hold both tenderness and resilience.
Here are practices to help you settle, root, and reconnect with the steadiness beneath everything:

Two ways to bring this home:
1. Rest & Reset Circle (37 min recording)
Watch- or for screen free time simply place it nearby and listen.
Included in this are:
-
Gentle grounding movements
-
Earth themed yoga nidra (guided deep rest)
-
Mindful Reflection
-
One simple (yet deeply supportive) invitation to bring a moment of grounding into your everyday life
2. Elemental Reflections
(Sit with a journal for 5 - 10 mins)
-
Where in my body do I feel most supported, and where do I feel tension?
-
Which daily actions or rituals make me feel steady, nourished, and “rooted”?
-
Where can I create a small pause or landing space for myself today?

🜄 Water / Spring / Flowing
Invitation:
~Take 30 seconds to notice what is moving within you. Let your heart soften, your body settle, and cultivate welcoming whatever is there~
Water carries what is ready to move, soften, or be felt. Sometimes it is heavy: grief, exhaustion, restlessness. And sometimes it is luminous: the quiet depth of tenderness, the all pervading love that persists even when life is messy, complicated, or painful.
This element invites you to let it all be present — to feel what needs release and to allow what is beautiful to arise naturally in the same space. In noticing both the weight and the richness, currents shift, and energy begins to move again.
Water can be both subtle and powerful. By leaning into this flow — without judgment, without forcing anything to be different from how it is — you allow the depth of your experience to surface, soften, and integrate, making room for clarity, presence, and the beauty of whatever is true to emerge.
Here are practices to help you move, soften, and flow with the full spectrum of your life.

Three ways to bring this home:
1. Deep Rest Yoga Nidra (25 mins)
Lie back, rest and replenish in a gentle guided meditation of deep rest. CLICK HERE
2. Yoga Practice
A lazy, gentle bed yoga practice to ease tension in the head, neck and shoulders...
3. Elemental Reflections:
(Sit with a journal for 5 - 10 mins)
-
Where in my life do I feel a sense of softness or tenderness, even amidst challenge?
-
When have I noticed beauty, awe, or love emerging (even in moments of struggle)?
-
What small act can I take today to move with life rather than against it?

🜂 Fire / Summer / Passion
Invitation:
Notice the spark inside you — the energy, creativity, and drive waiting beneath fatigue or overwhelm. Invite it to shine, even quietly, in your own way.
Fire is the spark that lives in you — your energy, creativity, voice, and the courage to act or protect your time. It is the part of you that wants to create, to shine, to protect what matters, and to feel alive, even when life feels heavy.
Fire also shows up in the tension between desire and reality: exhaustion from giving too much, frustration at unfinished projects, or the quiet grief of lost possibilities. Yet even here, Fire invites you to notice the life still burning beneath it all — the energy that persists, the ideas that wait, the impulses that remind you who you are.
This element asks you to reclaim your energy. To see where it is being drained, to nurture what still burns brightly, and to make space for your spark to be expressed without guilt or apology. Fire is not about doing more; it is about honouring the life force you already carry, even if it flickers in moments of overwhelm or fatigue.
Passion, creativity, and boundaries are inseparable. To tend Fire is to tend yourself: to notice what fuels you, what protects you, and what allows your spark to shine, even quietly, in the midst of a busy, demanding, or chaotic life.
Here are practices to reconnect with your Fire, protect your energy, and let your spark be seen in ways that feel safe and sustaining:

Three ways to bring this home:
1. Deep Rest Yoga Nidra (20 mins)
This is a yoga nidra practice to cultivate evolution through regeneration, self-care and rest. Its a live session including sound and ends with Mantra.
2. Mantra Practice- Open your heart and sing.
This a mantra to celebrate the wholeness of what you are. It symbolises absolute strength and power (Ram) as well as ultimate gentleness and beauty (Sita).
To sing or listen to this mantra is to recognise the many different aspects of each and every one of us and to call us home to wholeness.
(I always sang this as a lullaby for my kids)
Mantra taken from my album Tero Naam recorded with overtone artist and dear friend Igor Ezendam. Available to buy HERE or to stream everywhere
3. Elemental Reflections:
(Sit with a journal for 5 - 10 mins)
-
How do I currently protect my energy — and where is it leaking?
-
When have I felt fully alive, even briefly, in the midst of exhaustion or overwhelm?
-
What small boundary, yes, or creative act could I claim today to honor my fire?

🜁 Air / Autumn / Release
Invitation:
Step back. Observe the thoughts, patterns, and tensions that occupy your mind for the next minute. Allow yourself to create a little space, even for just one breath, and notice what lightens.
Air is spaciousness, insight, and the intelligence of letting go. It is light, precise, and expansive — the energy that lifts the mind to see, discern, and gain perspective.
Air asks you to step back from the immediacy of life and observe: what is cluttering your attention, what assumptions are shaping your decisions, and what might emerge if you allow space for clarity. This element holds both curiosity and discernment. It is the subtle force that separates what is essential from what is noise, revealing the patterns you carry and the possibilities that have been waiting quietly for your notice.
Air teaches that release is not only about letting go of heaviness, but also about making space for insight, creativity, and the luminous potential of what is yet unseen. Air is elegant, light, and penetrating. It gives you the ability to hold life lightly while honoring what matters, to cultivate perspective without pressure, and to move through transitions with calm observation and thoughtful presence.
Here are practices to help you open, notice, and release with clarity, perspective, and spaciousness:

Three ways to bring this home:
1. Yoga Nidra
Rest deeply and close the session with one of my favorite mantras- it comes from Tibetan Buddhism and is a mantra for compassion and awakening:
Om Mani Padme Hung
(Translation: I am the jewel in the heart of the lotus)
For your free 25 min practice CLICK HERE
2. The EFT Practice Guide:
EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) was developed by Gary Craig
It is a widely recognized technique for release & healing using a combination of words, acupressure, movement and presence
3. Elemental Reflections
-
How do I know when my mind is overfull, and what helps it settle?
-
Where do I need clarity or perspective in my current life?
-
What insight or new possibility is quietly waiting for my attention?

◇ Space / All Seasons / Being
Invitation:
Settle into stillness. Rest in presence. Notice what it feels like to simply be, held by the quiet and steady awareness that is always here.
Space is the quiet container of experience — the infinite sky in which all the other elements move. Unlike Earth, Water, Fire, or Air, Space is beyond doing, beyond movement, holding everything without effort, without expectation. It is the energy of presence itself: observing, integrating, and simply being.
This is the element of reflection, of witnessing, and of remembering who you are beneath the roles you carry — mother, creator, caretaker, healer, or dreamer. Space invites you to rest in that unbound awareness, to let life’s currents move around you without needing to fix, act, or change them.
In Space, tension softens, and clarity emerges naturally. You can notice the subtle rhythms of your body, the quiet guidance of your intuition, and the depth of your own inner life. Here, renewal happens not by effort, but by allowing yourself to inhabit the stillness that already exists within you.
Space is elegant, gentle, and expansive. It holds grief and joy, restlessness and contentment, endings and beginnings — all without judgment. By returning to Space, you step into the capacity to witness, integrate, and simply exist, letting yourself be held by the vast, patient, and ever-present sky of your own awareness.
Here are practices to help you cultivate presence, integrate your experiences, and rest in the spaciousness that is always available to you:

Three ways to bring this home:
1. Yoga Nidra Practice (30 mins)
This practice is a wonderful way to help you to get deep restorative rest, and to cultivate space through non-sleep deep rest.
It's a slightly longer offering as an invitation to take a little more space just for you.
~Also with Om Mani Padme Hung mantra to close the session
2: Gratitude list
This one can seem like a cliché- but I place it here in earnest as a powerful practice.
Sometimes what really creates space is taking off the claustrophobic overwhelm, placing it to one side for a few minutes and reflecting on whatever small or huge things are there to feel grateful for.
Write 10 things- or set a time for 2-10 mins and just revel in appreciation- notice your heart space before and after this- is there a sense of more lightness, openness or space upon completion?
3: Elemental Reflections
-
Where do I feel I am “just being” versus always doing?
-
How does it feel to rest in presence without expectation or judgment?
-
What practices help me return to my own presence when life feels heavy or busy?
