I’m a mother of two remarkable children, a lifelong yogini a meditator, and a guide for women in seasons of deep responsibility and quiet change.

For over a decade I’ve held circles, retreats, and one-to-one spaces for women who are carrying a lot — mothers, caregivers, sensitive souls, and those navigating burnout, identity shifts, or the invisible thresholds of midlife.

My work weaves together gentle movement, restorative yoga nidra, voice and mantra, mindfulness-based coaching, and carefully held sharing spaces- Spaces to remember and to drop into presence.

Women often come to me feeling stretched thin, disconnected from themselves, or unsure who they are becoming. Together, we create spaces where the nervous system can settle, creativity can return, and something truer can emerge.

Whether through my online circles, seasonal programmes, one-to-one sessions, or retreats, my intention is simple:
To offer a place to rest deeply — and return home to ourselves.
