Bio:
Sacha Jane is a mama of two & a wellbeing facilitator. Her work weaves together gentle yoga, mantra, sharing circles and yoga nidra, all aiming to support, to nourish and to create spaces where people can come home to themselves. She shares each practice with gentleness, authenticity & humour, and has had the honour of teaching thousands of people in-person and online, at retreats, workshops, classes and festivals internationally.

Nourishing and gentle yoga and yoga nidra to nourish, rest and rebalance.
Sacha will lead you through a mindful and meditative yoga class to support flexibility, waking up the body, release and deep rest. Session will include movement, breath and yoga nidra to support deep relaxation and integration.
