I'm a mother of two, a yogini, and a facilitator of restorative and creative spaces for women who are holding a lot — and quietly longing for space to breathe again.

For over a decade I’ve supported women navigating motherhood, midlife shifts, burnout, and identity changes through gentle movement, yoga nidra, mantra, voice work, and warm, mindful circles .
My work blends nervous system care with creative reawakening — because alongside rest, many women need space to express, sound, write, and remember who they are beneath responsibility.

Through circles, seasonal programmes, 1:1 sessions, and retreats, I create spaces where women can put something down, rest deeply. reconnect with their creativity, and return to themselves.
